5.2 Cleaning of the dispenser
WARNING! Remove all overflowed or spilled water from the appliance or the floor. RISK

1.
Clean all parts of the water container and the
dispenser using hot soapy water before you use the
dispenser for the first time. You have to remove the
water container for cleaning. Hold both sides of the
container tightly; then lift and remove it from the door
at an angle of 45
0
.

Gently pull it from the bottom of the container.

Gently insert a flathead-screwdriver between the edge(s) of the water valve and the
dispenser moulding. Lift the edges on both sides of the water valve slowly and carefully
using the screwdriver. The water valve should raise and then be removed by hand at an
angle of 45
0
.

Clean all parts (container, cover, seal ring and water valve) using hot soapy water. Rinse
well and dry.
5.
The dispenser can be cleaned by running it with hot soapy water instead of drinking
water. You have to flush the dispenser afterwards using at least 6 big cups of clear water.
6.
It is recommended to clean the dispenser, container, seal ring and water valve at least
once per month in this way.
