Always use a citric acid-based descaling agent.
Other substances will damage the material!

Loosening and tightening can be made easier by
wrapping an elastic band around the sleeve of
the tap sieve. Take care that the sleeve of the tap
sieve is not damaged by the use of tools.

It is possible that the maximum quantity of water
has run through the filter within the year. In this
case, the tap will signal that the filter needs to
be changed. A new filter can be easily ordered at

Over the course of time, lime scale deposits will
appear on and alongside the tap sieve (aerator).
