WARMING AND SABBATH MODE FUNCTION 

This special program is designed for religious observances.

START 

Activate the oven by touching any control area for 2 seconds. 

Select WARMING 

 with function selection knob 

Select S.M.or WARMING  available temperatures with  temperature knob 

The oven will turn on and pre-heat until the temperature selected (60,75 or 90°C) is 
reached ,100°C for SABBATH MODE ; the temperature will be held constant until 
the oven is switched off .In SABBATH MODE., opening of the door will not cause an 
immediate re-heating of the oven: the heating will continue according to a set 
procedure independent from use. 

MODIFY/STOP 

To modify cooking mode: 

Use function selector knob to change oven function and use temperature selection 
knob to regulate the temperature (where applicable )
