Expansion module (I/O) each with 8 freely programmable digital inputs and floating
outputs. For permanent connection to the ECC2 function controller (maximum
2 I/O modules per ECC2 function controller).

Attach the expansion module
(1) to a rail.

Snap-lock the lower edge (3) into the rail.

Press the expansion module
up.

Snap-lock the upper edge (2) into the rail.

Connect the cable from the ECC2 function controller to the expansion module
(6).

The maximum cross section of an input/output cable is 1.5 mm².
