12. Maintenance and Servicing
Depending on the quality of the water, the local conditions and the rules and regula-
tions applicable on site, the fitting must be maintained and serviced at regular
intervals.
Perform maintenance on the following components:
• Filters (see
Properly use suitable cleaning agents that are not harmful to the fittings and rinse
with water after use. High-pressure cleaners must not be used for cleaning.
Caution!
Do not use cleaning agents that contain chloric acid, iodic acid or hydrochloric acid.
These substances can damage the surface and cause rust formation.
Recommendation: Use cleaning agents with citric acid.

Close the flow volume regulator (see

Unscrew the screw plugs (a) on the water volume regulator.

Replace the grit filters (b).

Important!
Be careful to insert the grit filters the right way round.
