Never use a soap-based solution.
After cleaning, make sure that the body covers are completely dry. Moisture impairs writing
on and erasing the text on the body covers.
6.4 FAQ
Someone has used a permanent marker the whiteboard. How do I remove it?
Use water and a microfibre cloth. If this is not sufficient, try using a mild alcohol-based
cleaning solution.
Note: Never use a soap-based solution. It may damage the whiteboard.
I have cleaned the whiteboard according to recommendations, but erasing is still
difficult.
Whiteboard pens have varying quality. Try to change to another brand. If you replace a pen,
also replace the eraser cloth.
