General course of action in case of errors

PostBase franking machine with inserter link (direct link)

You can frank unfranked letters using a label.

Immediately stop the inserting system

Empty paper trail

Remove unprocessed / jammed letters

PostBase stops

Remedy error / confirm message

(see operator manual)

Or: PostBase automatically performs an action

PostBase ready to frank:

Restart batch processing on the PostBase

Letter transport of the PostBase starts

Start job on the inserting system
