Precautions and Care for Use 

 
Please be aware of the following to avoid potential hazards or damage to the camera arising from misuse or 
handling. 
 
  1. 

Only use the USB Charger supplied to charge the camera from a mains source. 

 
  2. 

A USB – USB computer cable may be used to charge the camera. 

 
  3. 

If charging from a vehicle 12 Vdc supply, only the supplied USB Charger is be used to charge the camera. 

 
  4. 

The GPS receiver relies on a line-of-sight connection and reception can be affected by several factors. 

 

 

 

 

 

Some are; 

 

 

Inside buildings and in close proximity to high-sided buildings. 

 

Underground areas; i.e. Car parks and Underground train stations. 

 

Electrical storms, high cloud density and severe rain or snow. 

 
  5. 

When used in extremely cold environments (

 0°C), the Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) may exhibit some  

 

 

colour abnormality.  This is not a fault and the LCD display will return to normal in ambient temperatures

Take care not to damage the LCD display or the camera lens.
