The option is used to set bus ratio of throttled performance state which is
initiated when the on-die sensor goes hot.

TM2 Bus VID
The option is used to set voltage of throttled performance state which is
initiated when the on-die sensor goes hot.

Limit CPUID MaxVal
The option is used to set limit CPUID MaxVal.

C1E Function
The option is used to enable or disable C1E(Enhanced Halt State) function.

Execute Disable Bit
