III. Workbench
adjustment
On the workbench you must carry out two adjustments:
- Laterally, in order that the blade passes exactly in the centre of the bench inlay.
- Horizontally, in order that the blade is perfectly
orthogonal to the workbench.
A. Side adjustment of the workbench
Loosen the 4 locking screws (

) of the workbench’s
support.
Place the workbench in order that the saw blade is in the
middle of bench inlay’s groove.
Tighten the locking screws (

).
B. Horizontal adjustment of the workbench
1. Raise the protective cap completely.
2. Check saw blade’s tension and adjust it if it is
loose.
3. Loosen the lock screw (

).
4. By using a square, place the workbench at a right
angle with the blade and tighten the locking screw firmly (

).
5. Loosen the back nut (

) and move the screw (

) until it gets in contact with
bandsaw’s supporting structure.
6. Tighten the back nut firmly.

Fix fence’s rail (

) on the workbench with 4 wing screws
and with washers.

Assembly of the rip fence
The rip fence can be assembled on the left and on the right
of the saw blade. You can lock the guide by lowering the
lever (
