The following safety instructions are intended for your safety and the safety
of your colleagues.
No danger will emanate from the testing machines and apparatus
manufactured by Form + Test if the following safety instructions are observed.
Our machines are manufactured according to the latest state of engineering.
Initiation
Special directions of the responsible professional association and special
directions for environmental protection must be considered, too.
Form + Test testing machines and apparatus may be used only by trained
staff and for the intended purpose.
The staff, who is responsible for the installation, maintenance and operation
of the testing machine, should at first make himself familiar with the machine
by means of the instruction manual!
Operation
Please make a weekly sight check of all parts, especially the screwings.
Any defects must be repaired immediately!
The operation without the designated protective equipment and any
modifications of the machine are not allowed!
