4.1.3 Purchase kWh
When insert IC card forward(iron chip on the left)into meter, purchase success will display
＂
0
＂
then shows the remaining energy (elect new share surplus energy in the table);
If the meter displays "EX", indicates that the power purchase unsuccessful.
4.1.4 Switch out: three cases may switch up
a) the purchase of electricity consumption has been displayed "OFF D" at this time need
