Standards
The guarantee period extends over:
• 10 years for cooking plates and
burners.
• 5 years for other componets.
This guarantee comes into effect on the
date the product is purchased.
For customer support relating to the
guarantee, you will be asked for the
purchase invoice, and for the product
reference and serial number (on the
nameplate located on the appliance).
Tongs or a large spatula are recommented
to take the food out of the refrigerator one
hour ahead of time, and ti make sure that
it is not wet.

The guarantee shall not apply in the
following cases :
• Malnufunction due to a
reason unrelated to the product (impact,
