You planer has a precision V-shaped groove (8) in the front shoe for plane

along a corner of the wood. It’s a good idea to try a scrap piece of wood before

doing final pieces.

Remove the blade assembly from the blade holder (e) immediately and put

the opposite side blade onto the blade holder (e), follow the same procedures

as above and adjust the depth of blade to be consistent with the previous one.

NOTE: DO NOT DO ANY ADJUSTMENT WHILE REMOVE THE

BLADE ASSEMBLY FROM THE BLADE HOLDER.

Prior to operation, always observe the safety instruction.

NOTE: Prior to operation, first check the timber for any nails or

staple. Damaged blades, belts and bases will be covered under

warranty if sustained by running the planer over nails or staple.

Set the proper depth of cut. The move speed and depth of cut determine the

kind of finish. For rough cutting the depth of cut can be increased, while for a

good finish you should reduce the depth of cut and advance the tool more

slowly.
Rest the tool front shoe flat upon the work piece surface without the blades

making any contact.
Switch on and wait until the blades attain full speed.
Move the tool gently forward. Apply pressure on the depth adjustment of cut

with on hand, and at the soft hand with the other hand.
Your planer is equipped with a parking shoe, After switch off the tool can be

put down without waiting for the cutters to come to a standstill. The parking

shoe can be locked in horizontal position.

Before engage the ON/OFF switch trigger, check that the saw blade is

properly fitted and run smoothly, the blade clamp screw is well

tightened.
