7.2

Setting of planing depth (Fig. 3)

Turn the planning depth adjustment knob (6) to set the proper depth of cut

(see Fig.4). It is recommended that test cuts be made in scrap wood after

each re-adjustment to make sure that the desired amount of wood is being

removed by the planner. Several shallow passes will produce a smoother finish

than one deep pass.

Do not put pressure on the saw, such that it slows the motor down. Allow the

saw blade to cut without pressure you will get better results and you will be

taking better care of our tool.

turned on.

Keep hands ways from moving parts.
Do not leave the tool running .operate the tool only when hand-held.

Always switch off and wait for the blade to come to a complete stop before

removing the blade from the work-piece.

Keep your hands away from under the work piece.

Do not secure the jigsaw upside down in a vice or work bench and use it as a

saw bench. This can lead to serious injury.

Do not touch the blade or the workpiece immediately after operation: they

may be extremely hot and could burn your skin.
Some material contains chemicals which may be toxic take caution to prevent

dust inhalation and skin contact. Follow material supplier safety data.
