Potential Causes

Condition

The key is not in the backup position.

I cannot create a MyKey.

An admin key is present when you switch the ignition on.
There are no MyKeys programmed to your vehicle.

There are no MyKey driving
modes.

Press button B twice within three seconds.

Press the power door lock button on the
instrument panel once. The doors will
lock.

SLIDING DOOR

When the rear doors are fully open, make
sure that you do not step on the cable or
mechanism at the base of the door
aperture.
