Camera IP address and PC Internet settings should be properly made. 

 

VFCIC camera image conversion software should be installed (to 
playback recorded images downloaded to the PC and convert them to 
AVI or BMP format). 

 

It is not necessary to install the special software on your PC if you only use it to control the 
VFC-1000 without converting images.
