In order to create an effective communication between the equipment (RS-232 port on the rear panel) and
the PC, you must connect a cable between both and use an application on the PC for this communication
time. It is recommended to use Hyperterminal, I/O Ninja or similar applications and configure it as described
below.
Select the corresponding COM port (on your PC) and set the following values:
- Baudrate: 9600
- Data bits: 8
- Parity: None
- Stop bits: 1
The following table shows the commands (in hexadecimal) and the functions to be performed:
