Skin Irritation. If you notice any signs of skin redness, swelling, itchiness, or other skin irritation from using your wristband,
please discontinue. Continued use, even after symptoms subside, may result in renewed or increased irritation. If symptoms
persist, consult your doctor. Do not wear your RE-vibe™ wristband more than twelve consecutive hours. Doing so can lead to
skin irritation or chafing. Prolonged contact may contribute to skin irritation or allergies in some users.
Product Risks. RE-vibe™ contains electrical equipment that could cause injury if not handled properly. This product is not a
toy and should be used under adult guidance. Do not allow children or pets to play with the product. The product includes/
contains small components that can be a choking hazard. Do not use your RE-vibe™ product if the unit is cracked or damaged.
Substances in this product and its battery may harm the environment or cause injury if handled and/or disposed of improperly.
Do not dispose of your RE-vibe™ product in a fire. The battery could explode. Be sure to remove from person/charger and
cease use if your RE-vibe™ product feels warm or hot to the touch and contact customer service immediately, at 919-813-0427
Prohibited Uses. Do not submerge your RE-vibe™ in water. Do not expose your RE-vibe™ to extremely high or low tem-
peratures. Do not leave your RE-vibe™ in direct sunlight for an extended period of time or in a hot vehicle as this could cause
damage to the components. Take care not to damage or puncture your RE-vibe™. Do not place your RE-vibe™ product in a
dishwasher, washing machine, or dryer. Do not use your RE-vibe™ product in a sauna or steam room. Do not use abrasive
cleaners to clean your RE-vibe™ product. Do not insert any objects into the micro-USB charging port or the programming ports,
other than the provided micro-USB charging accessories and plastic programming tools, respectively.
Limitation of Damages. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FOKUSLABS, INC. SHALL NOT BE
LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH
OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF FOKUS-
LABS, INC. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion
or limitation of special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
