Changing the Lamps

The top of the machine is open. This allows for easy access to the lamps, weather by laying the machine on its
side to remove them, or to pull them straight up and out.
1. Lock two wheels.
2. Disconnect the power and allow the unit to cool.
3. Tilt the machine onto its side (Be careful! It's on casters!).
4. Disconnect the Lamp
a. Firmly grasp the lamp,
b. Lift lamp slightly out of its pocket,
c. Pull the plug from the top of the lamp.
DO NOT TWIST!
5. Pull the old lamps out.
6. Gently slide the new lamps into the pockets.
7.
Gently
connect the new lamps with the
slightly
rectangular
connections. Note: if it doesn't connect gently, rotate 90
degrees and try again.
8. Stand the unit back up. CAUTION: Do
NOT
turn the unit on while it is on its side.
9. Plug the unit back in.
10. Turn the unit back on.
