Edit Metadata
It is possible to add or overwrite metadata to the existing content metadata.
1.
Click on the Edit Metadata icon.
The metadata editing workspace appears, there are five editable metadata fields and
two editing buttons: Overwrite and Add.
The MA server and the content may have more than five active metadata tags,
however, in the My bins view, the MA server displays only the first four and the
content file’s creation date. To edit all metadata tags, open the Preview Player, see
Preview Player
on page 30.

Select the content file(s) to edit by placing a check mark in front of each content
file’s thumbnail.
It is possible to edit multiple content files at the same time.

Enter new metadata in the proper field(s).

Select the method for applying the metadata:
a.
Overwrite Existing Metadata
Click on the Diskette icon.
b.
Add Metadata to Existing
Click on the Plus icon and the new metadata is appended to the end of the exist-
ing data.
Content Status
ST: HDD
Indicates that the high resolution content is stored on the PX MA temporary storage hard
drive, see
Hard Drives and Data Security
on page 2.
Rendering
Indicates that the preview file is being created.
