6.4 Public address system in a meeting room
The Flex Power
2120
mixer amplifier allows you to easily install and manage audiovisual equipment in your meeting room. You can use it in
stereo or double mono 100V mode. With 240W, you can use as many Focal enclosures as required on output 1 for a good sound coverage
and perfect audio quality for voice reproduction or associated media. Input 1 will be connected to the output of a videoconference system
and will be assigned only to zone 1. Inputs 2, 3 and 4 will be assigned to zone 1 to be broadcast in the room and if necessary to zone 2 to
be reinjected into the videoconference device and then assigned to remote sites (this will prevent echo phenomena and improve the intelligi-
bility of your system). With the Vox system, you can also give priority to the remote site over the room for voice pick-up. You can activate the
speech filter of the mic input to enhance intelligibility. You can also connect a recording device (cassette, Minidisc, etc.) to keep a record of
your meetings. You can control the sound level and put the system on or off standby using a controller. For the installation, you can integrate
it into a 19-inch rack with other equipment.
