Insertion private description
：
This checkbox will allow user to insert the private
descriptor into the output TS. The private descriptor includes two parts. One is
descriptor tag, and the other is descriptor information.
：
The Descriptor Tag is an 8-bit field which identifies each
descriptor.
：
The Descriptor Data is the detailed information of the private
description.
：
Users can add the cable transmission descriptor in this Add button,
and it will pop up the following dialogue box, say, the added descriptor is apply
for the DVB-C network.
