Instrument settings

The alarm is only triggered if the Warning parameter is set
to "Yes". The alarm event triggers both the flashing
message on the screen and the alarm output. Both of them
can be reset by pressing the knob but the rectangle behind
number remains in red. Both of them clear themselves
when the ROTOR RPM returns below the alarm threshold.
