CHECK THE FOLLOWING SYMPTOMS BEFORE REqUESTING SERVICE:

The disc is dirty or inserted incorrectly.
Clean disc and re-insert with label side up.
No picture and/or no

The connection cables are not installed
correctly.
Re-install the cables as shown on page 11-13.
Settings on the video output of the
player are incorrect.
Press the VIDEO button repeatedly until the correct picture
displays on the TV.
The connected TV may be turned off.

reset a new PIN number.
