4. Use
Your training computer will automatically turn on when you start tot exercise. It is
also possible to activate the computer by pressing one of the buttons. To reduce
energy the computer will go into standby mode by 4 minutes of inactivity.
4.2 Use of the computer

(by pressing and
holding the button
you can rapidly
increase the value).
