4. Use
Heart Rate Controlled programs
With this program you can excise using your hear rate. The treadmill computer will
automatically and gradually change the incline and speed to maintain the set heart
rate. The heart rate can be set at 60%, 70% or 80% of your calculated maximum heart
rate (HRC). You are also able to adjust the calculated heart rate and set your own
target heart rate
For these heart rate controlled programs we advise to use the optional
Flow Fitness 5kHz chest belt instead of the hand pulse sensors

Select one of the heart rate controlled programs (HC1-HC3) with the
PROGRAM
key. For training at 60% of you maximum heart rate select HC1, for 70% select HC2
and for 80% select HC3.

Set the duration of the exercise with the
INCLINE
pq
or
SPEED
pq
keys, press
the
MODE
key to confirm.

Enter your age with the
INCLINE
pq
or
SPEED
pq
keys, press the
MODE
key to
confirm. Your age is needed to calculate your maximum heart rate.

The display now shows your calculated target heart rate. You are able to adjust
this value with the
INCLINE
pq
or
SPEED
pq
keys, press the
MODE
key to
confirm.
5.
Press the
START
key to start your trainings session.
The training is finished when the set time has elapsed. The computer will now
automatically go into cool down program. Press
STOP
if you want to cancel the cool
down program.
