Use
User programs
With a USER program you can create your own user profile to train with. Per user profile it is possible to save 1 USER program.
Select ‘U’ by turning the Smart Wheel and confirm by pressing the button.
1. The program consists of 8 segments. From each segment the resistance level can be set. Switch between the segments with ENTER and change
resistance with the Smart Wheel.
2. When you’re done, press ENTER for around 4 seconds to leave the menu.
3. Now set the desired training time (max. 99 minutes).
4. Press START/STOP to start your training.
During your training you can adjust the resistance with the selection knob.
During your training you can adjust the resistance of the current segment with the selection knob.
With START/STOP you can pause your training. Press START/STOP to resume your training. Press RESET to end your training and to turn back to the main
menu.
