Use
Select ‘M’ by turning the Selection Knob and confirm by pressing the Selection Knob.
QUICK START: By directly pressing the START / STOP button, the training can be started immediately. All values start with 0 with this program and will add up.
It is also possible to first set one of the following target values: LEVEL (initial resistance), TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES and PULSE. This is possible through the
selection knob. Confirm each value with ENTER.
Start your training by pressing START/STOP.
During your training you can still adjust the resistance with the selection knob.
When the session has started, all values that you have set will expire. The training is over when one of these values has reached zero. You can pause the
workout with START/STOP. Press START/STOP to resume training. Press RESET to end the workout and return to the main menu.
