Web Browser Login
When the web page for the camera is first displayed, it provides a login page and
prompts for a user name and password. The system is configured with three user
logins which provide different levels of access to camera settings:
• The
user
login allows camera control through the Toolbar functions
• The
expert
user has the Toolbar and an additional Settings menu
• The
admin
user has Toolbar, Settings, and an additional Maintenance menu
All users can display the Help option, which shows details about the camera
hardware and software versions.
Most people will use the
user
login to send commands to the camera with the
Toolbar:
User Name:
user
Password:
fliradmin
In some cases it may be necessary to use one of the following logins in order to
access more advanced camera settings. For a brief description of some of the
advanced settings, refer to “Setup and Maintenance Menus” on page 32. For
additional configuration information, refer to the
Nexus IP Camera Configuration
Guide
, available from the FLIR support web site.
For
expert
, log in as:
User Name:
expert
Password:
fliradmin
For an administrative user, log in as:
User Name:
admin
Password:
fliradmin
Note:
The login passwords can (and should) be changed by the system
administrator to prevent unauthorized logins. For information on how to change
the passwords, refer to “Changing the Login Passwords” on page 34.
