Before switching on the power tool

Unpack the electric power tool and check
that no parts are missing or damaged.
Changing the sanding disc

Pull out the mains plug.

Open FixTec quick-clamping nut.
– Open lock on the quick-clamping nut (1.) .
– Turn quick-clamping nut anti-clockwise,
holding the grinding disc firmly (2.) .

Remove grinding disc (3.) .

Attach new grinding disc (4.) .

Screw on quick-clamping nut by turning
it clockwise
(5.) and close lock (6.) .
Swivelling sanding arm

Loosen the fastening screw and swivel
the sanding arm in the required direction.
The sanding arm may be swivelled by maxi-
mum 30° in order to retain the belt tension.
To change the toothed belt, the sanding arm
is swivelled all the way back by 180° in order
to release the belt tension.
Switching on and off

Brief operation without engaged
switch rocker:

Push the switch rocker forwards and hold
in position.

To switch off the power tool, release
the switch rocker.
