3. REMOTE CONTROL
NOTE: The appliance remote control does not store the memory for all
function settings when the switch is set to OFF. If the remote control is
empty or if you change the batteries, only the flame function loses its
memory and the timer settings are not affected. However, the clock may
need to be adjusted.
NOTE: This is a thermostatic remote control. The remote control should
be in the same room as the fireplace and lie on a flat surface. The
remote control must be placed away from the fireplace so that hot air
does not affect the thermostatic reading.
