Step 6 

Position the Extend Arm Frame (8) onto the Upper Upright Frame (7) and align bolt 
holes. 
Attach the Extend Arm Frame (8) onto the Upper Upright Frame (7) with one Hexagon 
Head Bolt (25), one Washer (17), and one Nylon Lock Nut (18).    Tighten bolt and nylon 
lock nut with two Wrenches S-17~S-13 provided.
