Disconnect Head Cap Chassis from Cabinet
1.
Follow red and black wires from cabinet to chassis and remove connector as shown in A.
2.
Remove green and yellow ground wire from chassis as shown in B. Set chassis aside.
Attach New Head Cap Chassis to Cabinet
1.
Install D Type knobs (P/N ACC-000-000) from removed chassis on new head cap
2.
Reattach connector and ground wire as in A & B above.
Reassembly
3.
Center Head Cap Chassis over slots. Line up with center screws. Push chassis down using hand to keep cables
from pinching between circuit boards. Partially install center bolts (C) on both sides of cabinet. Shift head until
fl ush with top of cabinet. Install and tighten the (6) 4mm hex bolts as in disassembly.
