6.  Remove the mount (brackets may stay installed to 

the mount) and drill a 13/32" hole at each marked 
location.

7.  Reinstall the mount and brackets.

8.  Place the driver-side upper mount bracket 

between the brush guard and the frame 
crossmember as shown. Align the holes in the 
bracket with the holes drilled in Step 6. Secure the 
upper mount bracket with two 3/8" x 1-1/2" cap 
screws. Fasten with two 3/8" locknuts through 
the upper mount bracket, frame, and bracket. 
Install a 3/8" U-bolt over the frame crossmember 
and through the bracket holes. Secure with two 
3/8" locknuts.

9.  Repeat on the opposite side to install the 

passenger-side mount bracket.

10.  Use the rear mount holes as guides to drill 

13/32" holes through the vehicle frame.

11.  Place a 3/8" washer on a 3/8" x 2-1/2" cap screw 

and install it through the hole drilled in Step 10 
and through the rear mount hole. Secure with a 
3/8" locknut. Repeat for the opposite side.
