• Remove the protective caps from each front axle and throw 

them away.

•  Slide a

" washer onto one of the front axles.

• Slide a round bushing, ring end first, onto the front axle.
• Slide a wheel (ribbed side first) onto the front axle.
• Slide a hubcap (indented side out) onto the front axle.
• Slide a

" washer onto the front axle.

• Fit a

" -16 lock nut on the end of the front axle and tighten 

with the assembly wrench.

• Repeat this procedure to assemble the remaining

" washers, 

round bushing, wheel, hubcap and

" -16 lock nut to the other 

front axle.

• Fit a hub cap cover onto each front wheel and push to 

"snap"

 in place. 

• 

Completely

 tighten the lock nut on the rear wheel assembly 

with the assembly wrenches.

Hint:

 An extra wrench has been provided to hold the other lock 

nut in place while tightening the lock nut on the other side.

You may need the help of another adult to hold the vehicle 

• 

while you tighten the lock nut.

• Fit a hub cap cover onto each rear wheel and push to 

"snap"

 in place.
