•  While holding the handlebar in place, carefully turn the vehicle over.
•  Make sure the end of the steering column is through the hole in the 

steering linkage.

•  Fit the steering column cap onto the end of the steering column.
•  Insert a #8 x

column cap and into the hole in the steering column. 

  Tighten the screw.

•  Insert the screws with washer into the base plate plate and tighten.
•  Turn the vehicle upright.

•  Insert the handlebar steering column down through the opening 

in the front end of the vehicle. Be sure to fit the steering column 
through the opening in the base plate and the hole in the steering 
linkage (underneath the vehicle).

• Push to 

“snap”
