Setup & Use

 

IMPORTANT! 

Test sound reception of this monitor before first 

time use and whenever you change location of transmitter 

(see page 4).

1. 

Set transmitter channel switch to same channel as receiver. 

2. 

Place transmitter in same room with child. Point micro- 

phone directly toward crib or play area. 

3. 

Unwrap and fully extend power cord for best transmission. 

Insert power cord plug into wall outlet.

4. 

Rotate transmitter power/volume dial to turn power on. 

Power indicator lights.

5. 

If you’d like baby to enjoy sounds or music, slide the  

sound switch

 to: 

Location: Transmitter (TX) BUTTON front

music; 

 sound effects or 

O

 off.  

Press the start button. Sounds turn on 

gradually

 to the  

volume selected.

6. 

If you’d like to entertain baby with a ceiling light show, slide 

the 

light switch

 to  . Press the start button. Lights turn on 

gradually

. To turn the ceiling light show off, slide the light 

switch to 

O

.

7. 

You can adjust where the ceiling light show projects and the 

image clarity. Rotate the transmitter on the base to project 

the light show over baby's crib. Now, rotate the lens to focus 

the image.

Rotate power/volume dial to adjust volume.

9. 

If you would like the light show/music or sound effects to 

automatically turn on when baby fusses or cries, rotate the 

sound sensor dial

 

 on. Now, adjust the sensitivity for 

baby’s sounds. Rotate towards   for high sensitivity (shallow 

sounds); rotate towards   for low sensitivity (loud sounds). 

To turn this automatic feature "off", rotate the sound sensor 

to 

O

 off.

 

Hint:

 You may want to start with the high sensitivity 

 

setting at first.

10. 

Press the 

start button

. Light show/music or sound effects 

will 

gradually

 turn on for about 10 minutes and then  

automatically turn off. If you’d like to turn off lights/music/

sound effects, press the start button on the transmitter. 

Lights/music/sound effects 

gradually

 turn off.

  Place receiver where you will see or hear it.

12. 

Unwrap and fully extend AC adaptor cord for best reception. 

Insert AC adaptor jack into receiver socket and plug into  

wall outlet.

 

Note: To use LR6 (AA) alkaline batteries for power source, refer 

to "Receiver Battery Installation" instructions on page 3.

13. 

Rotate receiver power/volume dial to turn power on.  

Power indicator lights. Rotate power/volume dial to 

adjust volume.
