Assembly
• Fit a round bushing, barrel side first, onto the rear axle.
• Fit a cap nut onto the end of the rear axle and tap the cap
nut with a hammer.
• Pull on the rear wheel to be sure the cap nut is secure.
Hint: You may want the help of another adult to support the
rear axle while you tap the cap nut with the hammer

Front Axle
• Fit a round bushing, barrel side down, onto the end of the
left front axle, as shown.
• Fit a cap nut onto the end of the left front axle and tap the
cap nut with a hammer.
• Pull on the wheel to be sure the cap nut is secure.
Note: The front axles are NOT interchangeable and are marked
A (right) and B (left).
• Identify the left front axle B.
• Fit a large washer onto the short leg of left front axle B.
• Fit a round bushing, ring side down, onto the short leg of
the front axle B.
• Fit a wheel, X marking down, on the short leg of
front axle B.

Large Washer
• Turn the frame upright.
• Lift the front end of the frame to locate the A and B mark-
ing. The right front axle inserts into the hole marked A and
the left front axle inserts into the hole marked B.
• Slide a large washer onto the left front axle B.
• Insert the left front axle B up into the frame hole marked B.
