Cooktop fault codes
Error codes on the cooking zones display
Error code Example What to do

This indicates an over-voltage on power supply.

Switch off the cooker and disconnect it from the
mains.

Check the correct power voltage is available in
the domestic electrical system as indicated in
the appliance rating label.

This indicates an incorrect operation of one or
more cooking zone control dial.

Turn the cooking zone control dials to the
OFF position, then switch off the cooker and
disconnect it from the mains.

Wait for about 1 minute, then reconnect the
cooker and turn on the cooking zones.

Wait for about 1 minute and if the error message
does not appear again the cooking zones can be
used.

If the error message does not disappear repeat
step from 1 to 3.

If the problem continues do not use the
induction cooktop (only use the oven) and
contact your Authorised Service Centre.
If any other error codes are displayed, switch off your cooker and call Customer Care or your
Authorised Service Center .
