Problem
Possible Cause and Correction
Unit does not
turn on.
AC adaptor isn’t plugged into a working wall outlet and/or into the
power supply jack properly.
Unit does not
transmit.
1. Make sure the red and blue indicator lights on the chair control
panel are illuminated.
2. Turn off the power on the chair control panel and power back on
in 3 seconds.
3. If you have other Bluetooth devices in the same area, turn them
off.
4. If there is no audio connection after 3 minutes, power off the
transmitter and control panel, power both on and retry setup.
5. The Perfect TV Chair speakers will not work if the headphones are
connected to the headphone jack.
Blue indicator
light is on but
there is poor
audio or no
audio at all.
1. Check audio connection on the transmitter.
2. Check audio connections on the TV.
3. Check for obstructions between the TV and the Perfect TV Chair.
4. Make sure the effective transmitting distance of 32 feet is not
exceeded.
POWER:
Press to turn on or off.
INPUT:
Plug the AUX cable into the
INPUT to play music from your
MP3 / MP4 / pad...etc.
MODE:
Press to set mode.
MODE LIGHT:
Blue light indicates
TV mode; Green light indicates
USB / SD card mode; light off
indicates AUX mode.
To Use the TV Sound System
1.
Depress the power button on the control panel hidden in the left arm of the
chair.
2. Depress the Mode button until the indicator light glows blue.
3. Adjust the TV settings to enable "External Speakers". This setting is generally
found in the Audio section in the Menus on your TV.
