This console has 2 modes of operation.
JUST ROW
- allows users to exercise with no time or distance limits.
SET DISTANCE
- allows users to exercise for a desired distance.
START UP SCREEN
Press any button or begin exercising to power on the console. The startup screen displays firmware
version information, selected equipment model, and battery level.
