If you lean the smartphone forward, the car drives in the forward direction.  

The car’s headlight LED is on when the car drives in the forward direction.

 

If you lean the smartphone reverse, the car drives in the reverse direction.  

The car’s brake LED is on when the car drives in the reverse direction.
