Follow the directions below to remove the natural gas orifices. Apply thread sealant to the LP orifices
and tighten them in place with a 1/2" open end wrench (make sure to install the orifices correctly Ð see
the illustration below). Slide the adjustable shutter back in place over the orifice.
Loosen the air shutter control and move
it all the way to the left (see page 34).
This will allow for the main (lower) orifice
to be removed.

Apply thread sealant to the LP orifices prior
to installation. Use the chart below to
identify the correct orifices.
1/2" Wrench
Use a 1/2Ó open end wrench
to unscrew both orifices.

Screw the LP orifice in so the orifice shoulder
protrudes 5/16Ó (indicating full insertion).
