The fault trianlge will display anytime the system is experiencing a fault.  Tapping the triangle will bring 
user to this screen for more fault information. 

Devices/Faults: 

This screen will show the status of the Lyra screen, the G12 Panel and the Aircons.  It will also display 
any current faults the system is experiencing.
