Prior to plugging your heater into a power outlet, verify that the circuit breaker for
the outlet is on.

The heater may emit a slight, harmless odor when first used. This odor is normal
and it is caused by the
initial heating of internal heater parts and will not
persist
.

Unpack the fireplace

sure that all items are present

that there are no components left in the box
,
and that the

UNPACKING AND TESTING FIREPLACE
Carefully remove the unit from the box
and clear any clinging packing material
. Prior to installing the unit, test to make sure
the unit operates properly. To do this, plug the unit’s power supply cord into a conveniently located 120 Volt grounded outlet.
