8 REQUESTING SPARE PARTS
If it is necessary to replace damaged parts in the grinder-doser in your possession, it is
possible to request original spare parts using the dedicated platform relating to the spare
parts service that Fiorenzato M.C. S.r.l. has prepared on the website.
To request spare parts proceed as follows:

Access the website www.fiorenzato.com, enter the section dedicated to spare parts
and select the coffee grinder-doser model in your possession.
•
Access the reserved area by entering your details in the appropriate form (upon the
first access, registration is required by entering your identification data).
• Select the necessary spare parts using the exploded tables of the product present
in the portal.
•
Follow the wizard to complete the order and send it to Fiorenzato M.C. S.r.l. .
•
You will be contacted by the staff of Fiorenzato M.C. S.r.l. who will take process
your request.
ATTENTION!
Remember that the interventions to replace the grinders and
in general all the internal parts of the grinder-doser must be carried out by
specialist technical personnel.

Fiorenzato M.C. S.r.l. is not responsible for any injury to
persons and/or damage to the appliance caused by the replacement of
components with non-original spare parts and performed by unqualified
personnel.
