5.2.6 BATTERIES DISPOSAL
Exhausted batteries are considered toxical waste. They have to be disposed in storages under specific
authorization. In case of necessity,a “ temporary storage” can be effected, by laws in force, mainly :
Having a special authorization for it ;
Placing them in plastic boxes with higher capacity than the volume of the battery electrolyte, or anyhow
without possible water infiltrations.
5.3 MAINTENANCE OF SUCTIO MOTOR
The suction motor must be efficient and cleaned. Every six months check the brushes and if necessary replace
them . Maintenance of suction motor needs the following operations :
Keeping away the key from the dashboard release the motor hooks (particular 2 picture 5.1) and
diconnect the plug (particular 3 picture 5.1).
Keep the filter beneath the motor away, to clean it and put it back
Check the suction rotor from the front opening of the motor.
To check the brushes (particular 4 picture 5.1) take away the plastic cover , than the screws and the
brushes supports
To reassemble do the opposite way.
