NOTICE
To reduce the risk associated with property damage due to water
leakage:
1. Read and follow use instructions before installation and use of
this system.
2. Installation and use must comply with all state and local plumbing codes.
3. Do not install if water pressure exceeds 100 psi (6.8 bar) If your water
pressure exceeds 60 psi (4.1 bar), you must install a pressure-limiting
valve. Contact a plumbing professional if you are uncertain how to
check your water pressure.
4. Water hammer conditions exist you must install a water hammer
arrester. Contact a plumbing professional if you are uncertain how to
check for this condition.
5. Do not install on hot water supply lines. The maximum operating
water temperature of this filter system is 100º F (38º C).
6. Protect filter from freezing. Drain filter when temperatures drop
below 33ºF (0.6ºC).
7. The disposable filter cartridge should be replaced every 3-6
months at the rated capacity, or sooner if a noticeable reduction in flow
rate occurs.
3 years of age to have access to small parts during the installation of
this product.
CAUTION!
If air has been trapped in the system, the filter cartridge may be
ejected as it is removed. Use caution when removing.
