PREPARATION OF MACHINE
If there is no oil in the braking system, the red warning light (2) on the instrument panel will come on;
contact a technician to have the brake oil level checked.
Press downwards on the pedal (3) and pull it towards the rear of the machine to engage the parking brake.
16. WORKING FORWARD SPEED
This machine is equipped with electronic traction control. To move the machine, turn the key to “ON - I”
then press the forward drive pedal (1), adjusting the speed by altering the degree of pressure on the pedal.
The machine has three preset speed levels, to select them simply operate the switch (2) on the instrument
panel; the forward speed during operation depends on the amount of dirt to be removed and the type of
floor to be cleaned.
Step01: the maximum speed is 3 km/h
Step02: the maximum speed is 4.8 km/h
Step03: the maximum speed is 6.8 km/h
To move the machine in reverse, simply depress the pedal (3); the machine speed is controlled by varying
the pressure on the pedal.
WARNING! the reverse speed is lower than the forward speed to comply
with current health and safety standards.
17. SIDE BRUSHES
This machine offers the option of using two side brushes to transport the dirt towards the centre of the
machine. To do this, rotate the i-drive selector to the "D" position. To resume using the cylindrical brushes
only, rotate the i-drive selector to the "C" position.
